Privacy Policy
Effective date: 07-04-2026
Digniz is developed by Changentle Inc. (“Changentle,” “Digniz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect on digniz.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, we use it only to keep you updated about Digniz, and we never sell it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you choose to share it, whether you are a family caregiver, a care professional, or another type of visitor. If you contact us through our contact form or live chat, we collect what you share there — typically your name, email address, and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site uses cookies and standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that automatically collect basic technical information — for example your IP address, browser and device type, and which pages you visit. We use this only to understand how the Site is used and to improve it.
What we do not collect. We do not sell anything on this Site and we do not collect payment or financial information. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, any medical records or health information about yourself or anyone in your care.
How we use your information
- To send you occasional email updates about Digniz — our progress, launch timing, and early-access opportunities.
- To respond when you contact us with a question or message.
- To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
That’s the whole list. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build marketing profiles, and we do not make any medical or care-related decisions about you or anyone else.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone. The only parties that handle your data are the trusted service providers we use to run the Site — for example, our email service provider (which delivers our updates), our website hosting provider, our analytics provider, and our live-chat provider. They receive only what they need to do their job, are required to protect it, and may not use it for their own purposes. Beyond that, we would disclose information only if required by law.
Your email, your choice
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it once and you’re off the list — no questions, no hoops, no “are you sure?” pages. You can also email us anytime and ask to be removed.
Cookies
You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the Site may not work quite as smoothly without them, but the Site will still function.
How long we keep information
We keep your email address for as long as you remain on our waitlist or mailing list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our active lists. Technical analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s standard retention settings.
Children’s privacy
Our Site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding your personal information — for example, California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and residents of the European Economic Area and the UK have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, just email us at the address below. We will never treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we collect so little that our best protection is also our simplest one: minimal data, carefully handled.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy — for example, when Digniz becomes available for purchase — we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be mentioned in our email updates.

Who we share your data with
Suggested text: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
Suggested text: If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Suggested text: Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
